Payments Accepted

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and personal checks.
Our payment processor is PayPal. Once you enter the birth or wedding plate customization information and choose Add to Cart, you will be redirected to PayPal and their secure website (https) for entering your payment information.

We collect payment prior to creating your plate and prior to shipping it due to the custom nature of the work.

Shipping and Handling

All of our plates are shipped from the Netherlands using Netherlands Post. Shipments are then completed by the local public postal service. You can expect delivery in 8 to 10 weeks. Some of this time is time for the artisan to personalize your plate and some is for shipment.

Shipping is $15.00 USD for 6 inch plates and tiles and $22.00 USD for 8 inch or $29.00 for 11 inch plates to anywhere in the world.

1) Our company is limited in liability to the amount of your purchase. By taking your order on this site, we agree to provide that product or return your payment.
2) All products are for personal use only. You agree not to resell our product.
3) If you order a product that is no longer available, we will return your payment.
4) Shipping charges are collected for each plate sold as they are shipped seperately.
5) Our plates are expected to provide enjoyment for a lifetime and are warrantied for 2 years.
