Return/Refund/Replacement Policy

The products for sale on John Braat and Company, LLC’s website are hand personalized (custom) and therefore not returnable.  However, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with the product they receive and for each customer to receive the product they ordered. 

If a mistake is made by John Braat and Company, LLC where the personalization information is different from what you ordered, please contact us and we will get a replacement made that is correct.  There will be no need to return the incorrect plate in this instance.

If a mistake is made by you, and you have provided incorrect personalization information, we cannot replace  or refund the plate.  You will need to re-order a replacement in this case.    To avoid this, please check the confirmation information we send with each order to make sure the order you placed is correct.

If for some reason, your plate does not arrive due to postal issues, we will either get a replacement made or return your original payment.  Please note that delivery is usually in the 8 to 10 weeks timeframe. 

Note: Our delivery time frame is an estimate. Do not order a plate for some occasion with the assumption that the plate or tile will arrive in time or can be rushed. The bottom line is quality cannot be rushed and these plates are meant to be enjoyed for a life time. 

If the product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately, and we will either get a replacement made or refund your payment.

If you are not satisfied with the quality of the plate, please contact us, and we will attempt to make it right.
